NO RETURN OR REFUNDS.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL MERCHANDISE RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER.
OUR MERCHANDISE IS PUT THROUGH A RIGOROUS INSPECTION BY ONE OF OUR TEAM MEMBERS BEFORE BEING PACKAGED TO ENSURE THAT WE COMPLY WITH REGULATIONS AND TO MAINTAIN OUR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Refunds will be applicable only if the merchandise was not processed (this is different than the shipping time frame which will be determined before submitting the order on our website or social media) during our processing time previously stated which is from 2-7 days after the date of the order being placed. In this type of case please allow another few days for the money to be refunded to the payment method used by the customer at the time of the order.
